NORA provides an AI-powered receptionist service that handles incoming phone calls, answers client inquiries, manages calendar bookings, and sends automated text/email notifications.

3. Third-Party Calendar Integration

Our service allows you to connect third-party calendar providers, including Google Calendar. By integrating a third-party calendar, you grant NORA permission to access, view, modify, and delete calendar events on your behalf to coordinate bookings and schedule availability. You are solely responsible for ensuring your use of such third-party services complies with their respective terms of service.

4. Fees and Billing

Use of our service requires a paid subscription. The subscription fee is $199 per month, billed monthly. We do not offer a free trial. You agree to provide valid billing information and authorize us to charge all fees incurred under your account.

5. User Responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to use the service in compliance with all applicable local, state, and federal laws, including laws governing call recording consent and telemarketing.

6. Limitation of Liability

NORA is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use or inability to use the service.
